Garden People

From the delightful book Garden People: the Photography Of Valerie Finnis, by Ursula Buchan. Finnis (1924-2006) was a much loved and admired figure in the post-war gardening world who photographed the who’s who of horticulture, from Nancy Lancaster, society hostess; Vita Sackville-West, writer;  gardening personality Percy Thrower, to lesser-known nurserymen, plant enthusiasts, designers and artists….
