Uppercase Magazine is that beautiful, quarterly, Canadian, art/design/typography/craft publication that has been produced pretty much single-handedly by editor Janine Vangool for the past 15 years. Lovely to be featured in Uppercase Magazine’s gorgeous 2022 edition of their ‘Encyclopedia of Inspiration’ series of books, with this one all about art supplies. With 45 manufacturers, artists and artisans who either make or use art supplies in their own unique ways, it’s a delight to peruse. Featured are some of my photo-collages that I’ve created using my collection of art-making materials, both new and vintage.
