I’m delighted to introduce you to my new Spoonflower fabric designs! This past month has been a whirlwind of fun, coming up with lots of vibrant, bold and colourful textile designs (and learning the nuts and bolts of how repeat patterns fit together).
Using my paper collages from the wide range of my creative imaginings, from the MCM inspired, 3D maquettes I created this summer, to the many paper collages I made in Spain over the past few years, and the bright and bold 3D Christmas collage I created last Xmas, I’m thrilled to transform them into a growing portfolio of unique Spoonflower fabrics.
Spoonflower is an online fabric company that manufactures and sells my new textiles as fabric by the yard, as well as ready-made home products (duvet covers, pillows, curtains, tea towels, napkins, blankets, and wallpaper!). There’s a wide range of fabrics to choose for yardage, from 100% cottons and linens, to mixed blends in various finishes, technical fabric and fleece.
Many of the original artworks that I used to create these designs are available on my website shop, along with prints/posters (see ‘Collage’), and I’ve tried to mention this in all my Spoonflower listings, too, should you be interested.
