An original, 3D paper maquette using the colour turmeric and mid-century design inspiration. The title comes from the Oscar Peterson song ‘A Foggy Day’ from his 1952 LP ‘Oscar Peterson Plays George Gershwin’.
The collage was created on a cardboard base, with a white, acid-free paper beneath slightly raised paper elements (paint chips), all measuring 5.5” X 6 1/4”.
This will be mounted on an acid-free, bright white illustration board, measuring 9”x9” (suitable for framing in the IKEA ‘Hovsta’ frame, item# 803-657.55), with the artist’s signature on the illustration boards below the collage.
